Pumpkin lamp

Here in Chiapas, exactly San Cristobal de las Casas, the materials are different. No Arduino around and only expensive, uncomfortable LED-stripes in place.

I made my way to the local “mercado” searching for materials and ended up in a “3 pesos”-store with lot of cheap china-plastic, but also some nice murmurs. On the food market the indigenous women are selling the products from their communidades. This special variety of pumpkins are used in Argentina for the famous mate cup and here in Chiapas they store the tortilla made out of corn inside.
